Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at hello@hschoice.com and include your order details.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for items that are returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, opened, damaged, or altered items.
- Personal care, skincare, cosmetics, and hygiene products that have been opened or used, due to health and safety reasons.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (if applicable).
